40000 Tons/Year Potassium Sulfate Project in 905 Workshop of Heilongjiang Xincheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
This project adopts the Mannheim production process, and actively responds to the call of the national energy-saving headband row and independent innovation, and optimizes and transforms the whole process on the basis of the original process, so that the production capacity of potassium sulfate in each reactor is increased from 10000 tons to 11000 tons per year, and the corresponding hydrochloric acid production capacity also reaches 1.32 tons per year. The Mannheim method is named for the production of potassium sulfate using a mechanical sulfate furnace developed in Mannheim, Germany.
