1. Light weight and high strength: the proportion of glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipe is 1.65~2.0. For the weight per unit length of the same pipe diameter, only 1/3 of carbon steel, 1/5 of cast iron pipe and 1/10 of prestressed concrete pipe are used for FRP pipe, which reduces the hoisting cost and improves the installation speed during construction.

Main molding process
Controlled by computer, the inner lining is manufactured on the core mold according to the same process as the fiber winding glass steel pipe. After gel, the structural layer is wound according to the designed linear type and thickness, and the mortar mixed with quartz sand and resin is wound in the structural layer, and finally the outer protective layer is wound.
Raw and auxiliary materials: resin, chopped fiber, continuous glass fiber and quartz sand.
