Epoxy furan resin, modified or polyester resin and phenolic resin are selected as binders according to the medium used (storage or transportation), and are composed of corrosion-resistant inner lining layer with high resin content, impermeable layer, fiber winding reinforcement layer and outer protective layer.
Product advantages and characteristics
FRP products have excellent physical properties, higher than the strength of steel, cast iron and plastic, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.5 that of steel, which is a good thermal and electrical insulation experience. FRP products have great design flexibility, excellent wall structure performance, the working temperature of the product is between -50~200 ℃, and the pressure resistance is generally below 6.4MPa. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. And it has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-seepage, heat insulation, insulation, non-toxic and smooth surface.
