FRP trough
FRP tanks are divided into vertical and horizontal mechanically wound FRP storage tanks, FRP transport tanks, FRP reaction tanks, various chemical equipment, FRP horizontal tanks, vertical storage tanks, transport tanks, containers and large series of containers. Epoxy furan resin, modified or polyester resin and phenolic resin are selected as binders according to the medium used (storage or transportation), and are composed of corrosion-resistant inner lining layer with high resin content, impermeable layer, fiber winding reinforcement layer and outer protective layer.
FRP storage tank can be used as water tank, purification tank and chemical corrosion-resistant storage tank. The common requirements for products are: can withstand the weight and pressure of the load, have sufficient strength, do not leak, can withstand the corrosion of the load and can resist aging. Usually, the wall thickness of the storage tank is designed into a rural composite structure, which is generally composed of the following layers:
The inner surface layer is a resin-rich layer. The resin content is above 80% and the thickness is 0.5~1.0mm. It is reinforced with short fiber surface felt, organic fiber, asbestos or other materials. A smooth surface with no exposed fibers is required.
The inner layer is followed by the inner surface layer, which is an anti-corrosion and anti-leakage layer. The resin content is 70% and the thickness is about 2.5mm. Either the coarse gauze or the short fiber felt can be used as the reinforcing material.
The strength layer provides the required strength in use of the tank to ensure safe use of the tank. It can be made of untwisted coarse gauze or twisted cloth as reinforcing material, and the content of tree fingers is generally (40 ~ 50%).
It is the surface layer that is exposed to the atmosphere. In order to prevent the glass fiber reinforced plastic, this layer should be made into a resin-rich layer, and should be added with anti-aging agent or painted on the outer surface to protect.
If metal inserts are to be installed on the storage tank, the metal inserts shall be pasted in the strength layer to a thickness of 2/3 and not less than 8mm at the thinnest point.
When the storage tank is designed with reinforcing ribs, the reinforcing ribs can be made of the same material and the tank body at one time, or can be made of other materials, and then glued on the regular script with adhesive.

FRP products have excellent physical properties, higher than the strength of steel, cast iron and plastic, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.5 that of steel, which is a good thermal and electrical insulation experience. FRP products have great design flexibility, excellent wall structure performance, the working temperature of the product is between -50~200 ℃, and the pressure resistance is generally below 6.4MPa. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and long service life. And it has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-seepage, heat insulation, insulation, non-toxic and smooth surface.

It is suitable for hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, formaldehyde, methanol, The storage and transportation of various products such as alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, sewage, sodium hypochlorite, etc. can also be used as underground oil tanks, heat preservation storage tanks, transportation tanks, transportation tanks, transportation tanks, etc.
