Glass steel washing tower
Glass fiber reinforced plastic washing tower with vertical countercurrent glass fiber reinforced plastic washing tower as the leading product, the use of waste gas and liquid contact, liquid adsorption of pollutants, and then clean gas and contaminated liquid separation, to achieve the purpose of purification. Simple working principle The waste gas enters from the bottom of the filling washing tower, and adopts the gas-liquid reverse absorption method, I .e. the water with washing liquid is sprayed downward from the top of the tower in the form of mist or small droplets, and the pollutants in the gas are separated through multiple gas and liquid contact and phase solution. After passing through the washing tower, the exhaust gas can be cooled, the gas can be conditioned and the particles can be removed, and then discharged into the atmosphere after being treated by the demisting section.

Glass window and manhole, air inlet, air outlet, washing liquid inlet, overflow outlet, catalyst filler, circulating water pump, circulating water filter screen, circulating water pipeline and sprinkler nozzle.
Product characteristics

The biggest advantage of the vertical counterflow FRP washing tower is that it can recycle and treat materials that can be comprehensively utilized in waste gas by combining. Its single-machine treatment air volume ranges from 50 cubic meters to 1000 cubic meters per minute. The height of the absorption zone can be adjusted according to different characteristics of the treated gas. The packing is usually made of PP material with multi-tooth TELLERTTE shape, with a void ratio of 98% and a specific surface area of 100. The packing of the water removal layer is made of PP material, the shape is arc TELLERTTE, the void rate reaches 96%, and the specific surface area reaches 180. The sprinkler head adopts PP120 degree rotating non-clogging nozzle. There are no metal components in the system. Strong acid and alkali resistance; the resistance of the whole system is less than 50mmAq, and the energy consumption is very small.
