Shandong Dahua FRP Co., Ltd. was renamed as Shandong Dahua New Material Group Co., Ltd., and Shandong Dahua Group was established to form a group operation with Shandong Dahua New Material Group Co., Ltd. as the parent company, Shandong Dahua Environmental Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., Fenghua Zhihe Composite Materials Co., Ltd., Weifang Huaxing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Shandong Huaxing Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. as subsidiaries.
